Former Cake drummer Pete McNeal has been convicted of charges that he molested a 3-year-old girl during an incident at a Los Angeles home in 2009. McNeal, whose original trial on the counts of oral copulation and sexual penetration of a child under the age of 10 was declared a mistrial, was found guilty of both charges Monday (March 18). He was taken into custody yesterday and is being held without bail in advance of sentencing, which is scheduled for April 25.
