The '90s radio rockers will embark on a string of U.S. dates this summer in support of their upcoming sixth album.
It's the lead single from 'Strange Little Birds,' the upcoming sixth album from the '90s alt-pop hit factory led by Shirley Manson and Butch Vig.
Singer Shirley Manson said the album 'has the most to do with the band's first record than any of the previous records.'
“I think there is going to be a 'Sonic Highways II,'” Vig said. “If it happens, it’ll probably happen next summer.”
Record Store Day has unveiled this year’s list of releases, and it includes titles from Beck, Spoon, Faith No More, David Bowie and more.
Last month, Garbage celebrated the 20th anniversary of their self-titled debut, and now, the alt-rock leaders will treat fans to a special-edition reissue.
Apparently, the music-listening public-at-large was also looking for something new, because 'Garbage' was an instant hit.
The alternative rockers will play their debut album in its entirety for the first time ever.
