The third and final night of Governors Ball began just as the sun went down over Randall’s Island. Brooklyn indie rockers Grizzly Bear took to the main stage with pure gusto, filling the valley of mud before them with the sweet melodies of 'Shields,' their latest record.

Upon returning to Governors Ball for day two, Diffuser.fm experienced a blissful moment of true festival-ness. It wasn’t ideal, but it happened anyway. The first day of the newly rebranded Governors Ball, which takes place on Randall’s Island in New York City, came face to face with remnants of Tropical Storm Andrea yesterday (June 7). The lineup for the third annual Governors Ball – a music festival held in Randall’s Island, N.Y. – has just been announced. The event is scheduled to take place from June 7-9 and feature more than 60 acts from a variety of genres, including indie rock, hip-hop, pop, dance and electronica.
