Keane have announced a May 8 release date for their fourth album, 'Strangeland.' The British alt-rockers' follow-up to 2008's 'Perfect Symmetry' was produced by Dan Grech-Marguerat (Howling Bells, the Vaccines) and will be supported by a spring U.K. tour, although no U.S. dates have yet been announced.
