Kyuss Lives!

Kyuss Lives! claim they have been caught by surprise in regards to Josh Homme's lawsuit against the band. The current incarnation of Kyuss said they are "shocked and saddened" by Homme's decision to sue his former bandmates.

It's never a good thing when you have to take your former band mates to court, but that's exactly what Josh Homme is forced to do. The Queens of the Stone Age / Them Crooked Vultures frontman has taken legal action against members of Kyuss Lives!, the recent version of his former group Kyuss.
