The Las Vegas edition of the Electric Daisy Carnival has revealed its 2013 lineup, and as you might expect, it's pretty EDM-centric. The event, scheduled for June 21 through June 23, will be held at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. If you dig dance music, the lineup, which includes Avicii, Calvin Harris and Skrillex, will have you drooling. However, if you didn’t snatch up tickets already, you're officially SOL, since the event sold out before the lineup was even announced.

The lineup for the 2012 edition of the annual Virgin Mobile Freefest festival has been announced, and once again it's an eclectic bill. Jack White, Skrillex and M83 are among the acts lined up to headline this year's event, which will take place on Oct. 6 at Merriweather Post Pavillion amphitheatre in Columbia, Md. But the two are linked by 'Spring Breakers,' the forthcoming film directed by indie cinematic auteur Harmony Korine. Skrillex has just signed on to score the movie, in which Gomez stars as a wayward co-ed who goes off in search of spring break glory and thus finds herself in a whole heap of trouble alongside fellow teen pop star Vanessa Hudgens. Actor (and PhD candidate) James Franco also has a lead role in the flick.
