Black Keys Recording New Album In Michigan This Winter

The Black Keys plan to hole up in a North Michigan studio this winter to begin recording the follow-up to their Grammy-nominated 'El Camino' and eighth studio album overall. "It will just be the two of us in a studio in North Michigan during the winter," frontman Dan Auerbach tells British radio BBC 6Music. "It's going to be awesome."

The Black Keys have settled their copyright infringement lawsuits against Pizza Hut and Home Depot. BBC News is reporting that all parties have settled out of court, with the group reaching an agreement with Pizza Hut Monday (Nov. 26) and Home Depot earlier this month. Terms of the settlements were not disclosed.

Black Keys Get ‘Zombiefied’ for ‘Walking Dead’-Inspired Red Cross Blood Drive

The Black Keys are among the celebrities recently "zombified" by 'The Walking Dead' makeup FX artist Greg Nicotero as part of a campaign to help spread awareness of the American Red Cross and its ongoing national blood drive. The Red Cross has started the initiative featuring the tagline "Use You Brains. Give Blood," as well as photos of the "zombified" stars -- Peter Jackson, Jimmy Smits and Good Charlotte's Joel Madden, in addition to the Keys.
