As an official sponsor for Record Store Day, which takes place nationally on April 20 and celebrates the culture surrounding still-standing indie record stores, Warner Bros. are rolling out limited edition vinyl treats from artists like the Black Keys, the Flaming Lips and Tegan and Sara.

The Beale Street Music Festival is back for its 2013 installment, and this year's highly anticipated event is set to take place from May 3-5 at Tom Lee Park in Memphis, Tenn., as part of the Memphis in May International Festival. -- The Flaming Lips will return to the Oklahoma City Zoo, the scene of their 2006 live concert video 'UFOs at the Zoo,' for a special costume party and Halloween blowout concert. The OK City psych-rock heroes are giving away a limited number of tickets to the show, which is set for Oct. 26.

Wayne Coyne shocked more than a few rock fans with his riff to Rolling Stone on Arcade Fire back in 2009. "We’ve played some shows with them and they really treat people like s---,"  the Flaming Lips frontman said in part. "They have good tunes, but they’re pricks, so f--- ‘em."
