You may remember California outfit Tashaki Miyaki from 'Best Friend,' a breezy stroll through the dream-pop wonderland that they shared with Diffuser.fm readers last fall as a free MP3. Now, they're back with 'City,' a new tune the trio performed earlier this month at SXSW 2013 during a morning visit to Rubber Tracks in Austin, the Texas version of Converse’s popular Rubber Tracks recording studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Like the band's hometown of Los Angeles itself, 'City' is a vast, sprawling mass of magic-hour sun rays -- equal parts Velvet Underground mind-float and Mazzy Starr bliss. After their morning performance at Rubber Tracks in Austin -- created in conjunction with the shoemaker's new Well Worn campaign -- Tashaki Miyaki stopped by a nearby park for a moment of relaxation. A camera crew tagged along, and all of the footage was spliced together to make the video above. Check it out!
