As the Bone Chimes prepare for their latest EP -- the follow-up to their 2013 debut full-length, 'In the Muck' -- Diffuser is thrilled to give fans a taste of what's to come. 'High Line,' the second track released from the EP (due out spring 2015), is full of the Bone Chimes' signature anthemic indie-pop-rock sound, and you can check it out in the audio player below.

Based in Queens, the Bone Chimes find a way to stand-out in an already overcrowded music scene, thanks to their authentic lyrics and beautifully dynamic musical arrangements.

"'High Line,' for me, is about holding on to your dreams with both hands as they take you through all the ups and downs and twists and turns the life of an artist offers," frontman Tobi D'Amore tells us.

He goes on, "Nothing gets you higher than your dreams and nothing seems to drag you further away from them than time. The lyrics in 'High Line' are what we hear and see in life as an artist everyday as we get older. The music is the hope we hold onto to keep us going. It may be a bumpy ride, especially in New York City, but I would never ask for my money back."

Getting ready for the new EP, the Bone Chimes currently have one show scheduled in the new year, on Jan. 31 at Rough Trade in Brooklyn. Stay up-to-date with their latest tour itinerary right here.
