‘The Host’ Trailer – What’s the Song?

Based on the best-selling sci-fi novel by Stephenie Meyer, ‘The Host’ is a film about an alien species that invades human minds. The trailer for the upcoming flick features the tune ‘Radioactive’ by Imagine Dragons.

The song is the second single from ‘Night Visions,’ their first full-length disc following their 'Continued Silence' EP. The album hit stores back in September via Interscope Records. The track is both catchy and haunting, making it a perfect fit for the creepy movie.

The Las Vegas-based band has seemingly been gaining popularity by the day, and in addition to appearing in the trailer below, 'Radioactive' was included in a recent U.K. ad for the video game 'Assassin's Creed 3.' It was also featured in a commercial promo for the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire'.
