Philadelphia-based pop-punk outfit the Starting Line are officially ready to begin again.

The fan favorites who have been off and on as far as touring since they first went on hiatus in 2008 have revealed they'll finally release new music next year, according to Property of Zack. It'll be the band's first new material since their third full-length, 2007's 'Direction.'

The Starting Line made the announcement during their annual holiday show in Philadelphia on Dec. 26. They also played a new song, which you can check out iffy camera phone footage of below.
