The Thermals Drop Breakup Anthem ‘Thinking of You’

The Thermals are back with “Thinking of You,” the latest cut to emerge from their upcoming album We Disappear.

Frontman Hutch Harris told Nerdist the song is “one of the most straight-forward love songs we’ve ever written, a point-blank, post-breakup song.” Accordingly, the song fits in nicely with the Thermals' history of raucous, no-holds-barred indie rock. Take a listen at the top of the page.

We Disappear, a follow-up to 2013’s Desperate Ground, is slated for a March 25 release via Saddle Creek. It was produced by former Death Cab for Cutie guitarist Chris Walla. Harris and company have already shared album singles “Hey You” and “My Heart Went Cold.” The band will kick off a tour with Summer Cannibals next month in Spokane, Wash.
