Based in Austin, Texas, Tinnarose celebrated the release of their debut self-titled album on Aug. 26 via Nine Mile Records. ‘Tinnarose’ was recorded on 2-inch tape on a horse farm in Texas with Grammy award-winning engineer Stuart Sikes mixing the record. Not losing any momentum since its release, Diffuser is excited to debut the brand-new music video for the album’s single, ‘When You’re Gone’ -- check it out above.

Filmed in Austin and directed by Lauren Pruitt, ‘When You’re Gone’ highlights each member of the band in a retro-esque -- dare we say, trippy -- environment. "We created the video in a large white wall photography studio," frontwoman Devon McDermott tells us. "We would turn off the lights and project 'white noise' or kaleidoscopic colors onto the walls while performing."

Even on its first spin, the song has a familiar feel to it, with nonstop exuberance radiating throughout; the video lives up to expectations set by the studio track. "It is pulsing and alive and we wanted the video to reflect that energy," McDermott explains. "We made the video with vibrant, excessive, bright color."

'Tinnarose' is currently available digitally, on CD and pressed on 150-gram Direct Metal Mastered vinyl. Get details on all of the versions via Tinnarose’s Bandcamp here. And if you want to catch their live show, check out their fall tour itinerary below.
