At Diffuser.fm, we’ve got it bad, so bad, for new music. As such, we’re pleased to present our Top 50 Songs of December 2012 list. Our picks are based on the most-played tunes on Diffuser.fm Radio, the online station we launched in September, and this month’s inventory — like last month’s and the one before that — is a celebration of diversity. We’ve got Canadian power-poppers (AC Newman), Welsh noiseniks (the Joy Formidable), Vegas stadium stormers (the Killers) and everything in between. If you skim the list and don’t see something you like, we’ve got to assume you don’t like music.

Rather than rank the tracks by popularity or artistic merit, since that might land us in the middle of some messy arguments, we’ve listed the Top 50 songs of December 2012 in alphabetical order. Are we missing anyone? Drop us a line and tell us who you’d like to hear on the station.
