TV Ghost Embrace the Static With ‘Others Will Be Born’ Video

TV Ghost, a Lafayette, Ind.-based post-punk outfit, has put together a video for ‘Others Will Be Born,’ a track from their most recent long-player, ‘Disconnect.’ Perhaps not coincidentally, “disconnected” is an apt description of the new clip.

The video captures the guys of TV Ghost living up to their name, as the fivesome is barely visible. The clip was filmed through a staticky, 360-degree fisheye lens, and it’s the kind of disorienting and mysterious visual you might expect after hearing the brooding fuzziness they've honed on their third album.

‘Disconnect’ follows TV Ghost’s 2008 debut, ‘Cold Fish,’ and their 2010 sophomore effort, ‘Mass Dream.’ They kick off their U.S. tour today (Dec. 4) in Washington, D.C.
