Ty Segall Urges ‘Go Vote!’ on ‘Letterman’

"Go vote!" Ty Segall urged at the top of his lungs last night on 'The Late Show With Letterman' at the conclusion of his band's performance of 'You're the Doctor,' a tune off his most recent solo album, 'Twins.' With Election Day finally upon us, his advice couldn't be more timely.

Segall and his backing trio ran through the tune at breakneck speed, with plenty of body flailing, head banging, ax grinding and flashing strobe lights to go along with it. Segall and co. kick off a month-long European tour Wednesday (Nov. 7) in London that will keep them on the autobahn through a Dec. 2 gig in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
