Watch Florence + the Machine’s Coachella 2012 Performance Clips

Florence Welch, are you an angel? Are you a superhero? Some combination of both? Regardless of the source of her powers, the 25-year-old Londoner continues to evangelize for the causes of love and light by way of power ballad. On Sunday night (April 15) Florence + the Machine, expanded her flock far across the lands Coachella, in person and online — and we’ve got video below.  If you’re not yet a member of the faithful, you owe yourself a viewing, and if you are already a convert, you know to bask in her ethereal presence.

While we don’t yet have video of the full set (c’mon bootleggers!), we’ve got a half dozen that will satisfy until then. As so you can see — and hear — from the footage, her resplendence fills the festival grounds. The twittersphere agrees: the set was “epic,” and watching the Machine’s performance is way better than doing homework. (Disclaimer: homework, while important, will rarely change your life like the human voice, especially this one.)
