Almost a year has passed since Karen O released her debut solo effort, Crush Songs, on Julian Casablancas’ Cult Records. Now, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwoman has shared a music video for album closer, “Singalong.” Check it out below.

Directed by Asli Baykal, the video captures shaky, grainy footage of everyday people leading their lives in New York City. The sweet home movie-esque quality ties in nicely with the overall youthfulness of Crush Songs and its bedroom-recording intimacy. The “Singalong” clip joins fellow Crush Songs videos for “Rapt” and “Days Go By.”

While we haven’t heard any new material from O since her solo debut (she also said the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are on “a bit of a hiatus” last year), the singer recently appeared on “Let It Grow,” the lead single from TV on the Radio guitarist Dave Sitek’s yet-to-be-titled sophomore effort as Maximum Balloon. TV on the Radio frontman Tunde Adebimpe also appears on the song.
