In the rich tradition that is Mac DeMarco videos, the Canadian singer-songwriter has added a kooky new clip for “Another One” to his ever-growing repertoire. Watch it above.

In the music video, DeMarco performs the title track from his forthcoming mini-LP on rocky shores all the while paying homage to Michael Jackson in the form of pelvic thrusts, a T-shirt bearing the late King of Pop’s likeness and a mask that is supposed to resemble Jackson but ends up looking like a frightening hybrid between the iconic singer and the V for Vendetta mask.

DeMarco will release the eight-song Another One on Aug. 7 via Captured Tracks following his 2014 full-length, Salad Days. You can pre-order the mini-LP digitally on iTunes or order a physical copy on Omnian.

Earlier this week, DeMarco shared a strange “travel video” filmed during his recent trip to Israel. The clip finds the singer covering himself in mud in the Dead Sea, delivering a very deep voiceover narration and repeating “the driest place on earth” many, many times over.

DeMarco will continue his current tour this week at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago followed by an appearance at this year’s Outside Lands in San Francisco on Aug. 8. His current run of dates concludes with a four-night run in New York City from Aug. 17-20. We recently caught DeMarco live ourselves at last weekend’s Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tenn.
