In anticipation of their fourth album, ‘Present Tense,’ British indie-poppers Wild Beasts have debuted a snow-covered video for ‘Wanderlust,’ the LP’s first single.

The clip, directed by the Barcelona film collective NYSU, establishes four main characters: the Thief, the Good Lady, the Quarterback and the Girl. ‘Wanderlust’’s cinematic dream-pop plays as the soundtrack for the four heroes’ surreal journeys, which find the Girl running through open doors and floating tea cups, while the Good Lady seems to be trapped in a grocery-shopping nightmare.

The clip comes to a dramatic end, with the characters mouthing the song’s refrain, “Don’t confuse me with someone who gives a f---.” However, all of the characters appear to care a great deal.

If you like what you hear, pre-order Wild Beast’s new album via Domino. Doing so gets you a free MP3 download of the song.
