Fans of classic EDM just got a holiday treat, as ‘90s electronic music originators John Digweed and Nick Muir -- better known as Bedrock -- have posted a free download of their pulsing, spacey remix of 'The Murf,' the second single from U.K. new-school EDM merchant Rendezvous's debut album, 'Another Round Please.'

Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds give an intimate performance of ‘Higgs Boson Blues’ in a new video shot in East London and directed by Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard. The stark, unembellished performance of this 'Push the Sky Away' cut paints the tune as a haunting torch song. No great stretch perhaps, but it’s an evocative clip nonetheless.

Breakout popster Lorde has released a video for 'Team,' a spare, doleful song about teen empowerment, and on her Facebook page, the New Zealander has added a bit of commentary on the meaning behind the clip.

Seattle psych-surf combo La Luz follow their October-released debut album, ‘It's Alive,’ with a stylishly ghoulish video for the girl-group-, go-go-influenced song ‘Big Big Blood.’

Band of Skulls have previewed their forthcoming album ‘Himalayan’ with the new single ‘Asleep at the Wheel,' which now has an accompanying video. Shot in black and white in what looks like either a rehearsal or studio space, the video captures the band performing the scuzzy chugging rocker live.

Is this the new MIA? Not to stereotype anyone, but Samsaya, who was born in India and raised in Norway, reveals cross-cultural roots in her single ‘Stereotype.’ Samsaya mixes pop, dance, hip-hop, funk and soul with traditional Indian sonics, and the song's vibrant video (see above) was filmed in India and directed by Norwegian photographer and filmmaker Patrick Katzman.
