Band of Horses, ‘Knock Knock’ – New Video

It may sound like the beginnings of a bad joke, but 'Knock Knock' is actually the title of the catchy first single off Band of Horses' forthcoming 'Mirage Rock' album (out Sept. 18). The official video just premiered this afternoon (Aug. 24) on NPR's First Listen (you can watch it above), and the clip's clever lo-fi send-up of vintage '70s nature films is quite amusing.

A zoologist sends a team of researchers into the frigid Arctic, the sprawling plains and other rustic locales to try to observe BOH rocking in their natural habitat, sending frontman Ben Bridwell and the boys scurrying in a mad panic much like the wild stallions from whom they take their name.
