Last year brought tons of new albums dripping in '90s nostalgia. From R&B to grunge, power-pop and beyond, sounds from that decade were all the rage, and at times, that made it hard to find good old-fashioned rock 'n' albums -- the kind that never go out of style. But it wasn't impossible.

Throughout 2013, our contenders for the Best Straight-Up Rock 'n' Roll Album proved that fuzzy, punky, fist-pumping rock 'n' roll ain't dead, and in fact, it's alive and kicking. Nominees include Brooklyn DIY kings the So So Glos, Cali punks Audacity and Mississippi miscreants Bass Drum of Death. You really can't go wrong with any of 'em, so be sure to vote before the polls close at 10AM on Feb. 11. You're allowed to cast one ballot per hour, so show lots of love to the guitar slingers that got you through 2013.
