British indie rockers Bloc Party have officially revealed details on their fourth full-length album, appropriately titled 'Four.' The project will be released later this summer along with tour dates to help spread the word that Bloc Party are back.

Not only is 'Four' the band's fourth record, it will also mark four years since Bloc Party released their last album, 'Intimacy.' They went on hiatus in 2009 and there were those who questioned the future of the band, including some of the members. There were even rumors throughout last year that frontman Kele Okereke split from his bandmates, which later turned out to be false.

Okereke posted on his blog what Bloc Party went through to create 'Four.' “There have been babies, breakdowns, tantrums and hospitalisations but it's finally here," he wrote. "We started making this record in NY in the winter of 2011. We didn’t want to let the world know so we told a lie that got out of hand but it made us laugh in the process, which brought us closer together.”

'Four' will be released on August 21, and Bloc Party will launch a U.S. tour on July 30 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Fans can pre-order the album through the band's official website.
