Boston Calling Festival Lands fun., the National, Of Monsters and Men + More for Inaugural Event
The lineup of the Boston Calling festival has been announced, and fun., the National, the Shins and Of Monsters and Men are among the top-billed acts for the inaugural edition of the Beantown event, which runs May 25-26 at Boston’s City Hall Plaza.
Dirty Projectors, the Walkmen, Andrew Bird, Matt and Kim, Ra Ra Riot, Cults and Youth Lagoon are among the other acts on the Boston Calling lineup, which was co-curated by National's Aaron Dessner. "Early Bird Passes" will be available at bostoncalling.com starting on March 1, and all other passes go on sale March 8.
"Boston Calling Music Festival is a two-day, two-stage festival featuring some of the biggest and best acts in live music," reads a post on the gathering's official website. "The event will be one big party with easy access to both stages, food, services and more. All ages are welcome and children under 3 are free."
