The Breeders Play ‘Fallon,’ Rock ‘Cannonball’ + ‘Driving on 9′ [Video]

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of their definitive alt-rock classic 'Last Splash,' the Breeders commandeered the stage at 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' last night (May 7) to perform a pair of songs.

Of course, the Sisters Deal (singer/guitarist Kim and lead guitarist Kelley) and their bandmates roared through their signature smash, 'Cannonball.' Suddenly, we were teleported back to the early '90s. The Breeders and their fans may be older and wiser, but the song still represents a moment in time.
