Indie-groove, jamband, Goose, returned to the stage last night, headlining Jam in the Streets in Athens, Georgia, on Saturday. More than 25,000 people attended Jam for Cam benefit to fight melanoma. This was their first show of 2026 after another epic year of elevation, releasing two albums (Everything Must Go and Chain Yer Dragon), selling out Madison Square Garden, and playing a robust amount of live shows. Goose continues to level up, and the flywheel is gaining momentum.

Jam in the Streets Setlist and Highlights

The show opened with “Hot Tea,” and the set featured the Goose classics of “Arcadia,” “Thatch,” and “Hungersite.” The band launched into a new rendition of “Madalena,” which fans are raving about on social media, and then into “Echo of a Rose,” where the band was clearly in the pocket, hitting all the peaks within the jam while bassist Trevor Weekz's basslines provided a strong foundation. Fans are also chatting about the new rendition of “Your Direction" featured at the festival.

The encore paid homage to the late Bob Weir, featuring “One More Saturday Night,” followed by “Empress of Organos” into “Shama Lama Ding Dong,” then back to “Empress of Organos.” Goose is so back. The full setlist can be found here.

Goose Spring and Summer Tour

Their Spring tour continues on April 10th in North Carolina and Alabama, then continues throughout the South, including multiple stops in Florida and two nights in Louisiana, before heading to Texas. All tour dates can be found here.

After their Texas dates, Goose will return to San Jose Del Cabo for Viva El Ganzo, their destination festival that features My Morning Jacket, Cory Wong, LP Giobbi, to name just a few of the fire lineup for this now annual party. After Gonzo, the band will embark on a European tour in May, then Canada, then the summer tour in the States.

Connecticut band Goose has been on a steep upward climb over the past two years, catalyzed by an epic four-night run at the Capitol Theatre in 2024, where they introduced drummer and now staple, Cotter Ellis, where he joined lead guitarist/vocalist Rick Mitarotonda, Peter Anspach (keys, guitar, vocals), and Trevor Weekz (bass).  Goose has clearly hit their stride, and continuing to lift off at every stop.

Add Goose to your Summer concert list, and catch the vibe.
