A word of advice for those going to see Leonard Cohen in concert: Take a nap before the show, and grab a coffee on the way in. Dude's 78 years old, but he goes for more than three hours, and he spends much of that time down on one knee, adding theatricality to a stage show that would get by on music and lyrics alone.

Arguably rock's greatest poet, Cohen has released 12 albums over the span of 45 years. Although he once spent five years in a monastery -- not very Iron Man-like behavior, we'll admit -- he's mostly kept busy, particularly since returning to the road in 2008. That reasons for that tour were financial -- he needed to replenish his savings after getting screwed by his manager -- but ever since, Cohen has been rocking the hat and suit out of sheer love for his craft. That, or he's faking it really well.
