Glasgow indie legends Belle and Sebastian have made quite the comeback with their recent album Girls In Wartime Want To Dance, making an impact on artists and DJs alike. For example, Tomas Barford has taken the duo's lead single, "The Party Line," and applied a mellow, electro backing to it. You can listen to the excellent remix below.

It's not what you would usually hear from the band: it's missing that live, outdoor festival vibe. Instead, you may find yourself really wanting to get down to this version in a club. Even singer Stuart Murdoch’s normally peppy vocals get a slowed, electronic transformation, making it hard for you not to get sucked in an spaced out for a few minutes.

Girls In Wartime Want To Dance is out now via Matador.
