Mac DeMarco will perform at this year’s Coachella on April 12 and 19, and yesterday (Feb. 8), the Indio, Calif.-based music and arts fest shared a video on its Facebook capturing the Canadian singer-songwriter expressing that he and concertgoers will “have the time of their lives.”

However, bewilderingly, the super close-up promo clip is considerably slowed down, giving DeMarco a deep voice and the whole video a kind of weird vibe. Check it out below:

Nevertheless, DeMarco’s video welcomes fans to the festival, which will take place April 10-12 and again on the 17-19. In addition to DeMarco, the festival’s lineup includes headliners Jack White, AC/DC and Drake, plus Tame Impala, Interpol, Alabama Shakes, Alt-J, Belle and Sebastian, Ryan Adams, St. Vincent and many more.

Most recently, DeMarco put out his psych-pop album, ‘Salad Days,’ last year via Captured Tracks.
