After recently speaking out about opting not to choose any particular sexual label -- being that she has had sexual relations with both genders over the course of her life -- Miley Cyrus formed the Happy Hippie Foundation, an organization that aims to help homeless and LGBTQ young people.

Now, the bold pop star has teamed up with Joan Jett and Against Me!'s Laura Jane Grace to record a country-esque cover of the Replacements' fitting classic, "Androgynous." You can watch the video below:

Cyrus hinted at working with Grace about three months ago, when a picture of her with the transgender singer was shared on Instagram. The eclectic Cyrus, who is also releasing an album with indie icons the Flaming Lips, has promised more of these "backyard sessions" in the future.
