Most of us thought David Bowie's star would never shine again, but lucky us, we were wrong. The 'Starman' used his birthday this year to announce plans to release a new album, 'The Next Day,' which he previewed with the disc's first single, "The Stars (Are Out Tonight).' Now, said song gets its exclusive vinyl release on RSD 2013 in the form of a limited-run 7-inch.
