Fresh off his appearance at the Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival last weekend, Sufjan Stevens has revealed he's hitting the road again this fall.

In support of his critically acclaimed new record, Carrie & Lowell, the Brooklyn singer-songwriter will be launching the tour in Santa Barbara, Calif., on Oct. 24.

Before hopping on this leg of the tour, Stevens will be playing the Newport Folk Festival this weekend and the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival in Lyons, Colo., in August. He will then head to Europe to play a slew of dates there before heading back to the U.S.

Tickets for the new dates will go on sale on Friday (July 24) over at his website.
