DIIV

Although still relatively young, New York shoegazers DIIV (pronounced “dive”) have already amassed a respectable following. Formed in 2011, DIIV started out as an outlet for Beach Fossils guitarist and occassional model Zachary Cole Smith to record his own music. Their first album draws on many influences, including Nirvana and Malian musician Baba Salah.
