Former Red Hot Chili Peppers axeman John Frusciante has kept a pretty low profile as of late. He even declined an invitation to join his old bandmates during their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last month. Apparently, the guitarist decided to wait until all that buzz was over with to announce the release of his new EP, 'Letur Lefr.'
