Piano-pop maestros Keane are getting ready to unleash their fourth studio album 'Strangeland' on May 7. To help promote the LP, the band is letting fans preview tracks from 'Strangleland' before its release date.

Keane have premiered their new video for 'Silenced by the Night,' the first single off of the Brit's forthcoming 'Strangeland' album. The quartet actually aren't at the center of the clip, as the camera follows a young lovestruck couple traveling about deserted Texan highways.

Keane have big things in store for fans over the next few months. Not only is the band releasing their first studio album since 2008, 'Strangeland,' in May 2012, but they have also announced a handful of North American tour dates in support of their fourth LP.

Keane have announced a May 8 release date for their fourth album, 'Strangeland.' The British alt-rockers' follow-up to 2008's 'Perfect Symmetry' was produced by Dan Grech-Marguerat (Howling Bells, the Vaccines) and will be supported by a spring U.K. tour, although no U.S. dates have yet been announced.
