The Michael Gira-led outfit will release their final album, 'The Glowing Man,' with their post-reunion lineup this June.

There is no confirmation whether or not the cancelation is in response to the rape allegations Larkin Grimm recently lodged against Gira.

“This song was written for all the survivors of abuse,” Grimm writes. “You are not alone.”

Gira described the 2008 incident in question as a “consensual romantic moment” and "an awkward mistake." In response, Grimm called for "education about consent."

Gira called the accusations a "slanderous lie" and a "horrible slur."

Looks like it's the beginning of the end (again) for experimental rock outfit Swans – but it might actually just be another new beginning.
