Taylor Swift

Adams' '1989' will be available for pre-order on iTunes at midnight tonight.

Last night, Beck and St. Vincent joined the not-so-exclusive club that is Taylor Swift’s '1989' tour surprise guests.

When you think about it, it actually makes perfect sense.

Like all of the clips Adams has shared thus far, “Shake It Off” is just as much a transformation of the original as its predecessors.

There isn't yet a release date for the covers album, although Adams did tweet that the record is done and has a rough mix completed.

Ryan Adams is recording a full-album cover of Taylor Swift's '1989' and he just provided another tantalizing glimpse of what's to come.

Ryan Adams has shared his takes on two of Taylor Swift's massive hits: “Bad Blood” and “Shake It Off.”

After previewing his rendition of “Welcome to New York,” Ryan Adams has meticulously documented his second day working on his album of Taylor Swift covers.

What exactly comes to mind when you think of '1989'? Apparently, for Adams -- and her small army of fans -- the answer is Taylor Swift.

Don't worry: Rock and roll is well represented, thanks to the likes of Jack White, Hozier, Arctic Monkeys, the Weeknd, Florence + the Machine and others.
