Celebrate Brooklyn! is back for its 35th go-round with an array of internationally acclaimed artists in tow. This year’s summer-long New York City festival features performances by the likes of Jim James, the Roots, Beck and many more. The fest is heavy on free shows, though some events -- the Beck and James gigs among them -- are ticketed benefits.

Major Lazer's sophomore album, ‘Free the Universe,’ is due out next week, and they stopped by ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’ last night (April 11) to perform a new song from the disc. The three-day affair boasts headlining performances by the Roots, TV on the Radio and Solange, plus many more.

The Beale Street Music Festival is back for its 2013 installment, and this year's highly anticipated event is set to take place from May 3-5 at Tom Lee Park in Memphis, Tenn., as part of the Memphis in May International Festival. The lineup has just been announced, and it features the Black Keys, the Flaming Lips, the Roots and many more.
