The Antlers, ‘Drift Dive’ – New Video

Not all that much goes on in the way of plot in the Antlers' new video for 'Drift Dive,' the first single off their 'Undersea' EP, which dropped back in July. Which is not to say it's not worth recommending -- like an extremely serene animated version of 'Blue Planet,' the clip lives up to the EP's title, taking viewers underwater, past a school of fish and down to a gradually morphing collection of glowing and flickering lights, like some sort of deep sea luminescent will-o'-the-wisp.

Considering all the water-logged communities recovering from Hurricane Sandy, today's an odd choice of a day to debut the 'Drift Dive' video -- but it's a transcendent clip nonetheless.
