It’s shaping up to be a big week for Paz Lenchantin. Not only was she named the newest Pixies bassist — replacing the Muffs’ Kim Shattuck, who in turn replaced founder Kim Deal — but today, her other project, psych outfit the Entrance Band, debuted a video for ‘No Needs.’ Lenchantin was acting director on the new clip.

The video is a collaboration between the L.A. band and British clothing brand Sister Jane. The clip depicts jerky stop-motion images of listless-looking girls sporting an array of brightly colored frocks. The outcome is a creepy, albeit colorful video that suits the trippy song.

Keep an eye out for Lenchantin and her bandmates, singer-guitarist Guy Blakeslee and drummer Derek James, who appear at the end of the clip.

‘No Needs’ appeared on the Entrance Band’s album ‘Face the Sun,’ which landed in November on Beyond Beyond is Beyond Records.
