New Orleans' annual Voodoo Experience festival has revealed its third headliner, and it's a biggie. It's none other than -- drumroll, please -- the Cure. Other bill-topping acts include Pearl Jam and Nine Inch Nails, giving the event a very '90s alt sheen. Nothing wrong with that, either.

The Cure already hit Lollapalooza and Osheaga and have been racking up the festival appearances. They'll cap their healthy fest run with Voodoo, where they haven't performed for 13 years.

That's an interesting number, since it is the Voodoo Experience, and 13 is a lucky and ominous number. Just saying.

The event is slated for Nov. 1 through Nov. 3 at City Park. Other acts on the bill include Paramore, How to Destroy Angels, Matt & Kim, Alkaline Trio and Cults. This year also marks Voodoo's 15th anniversary, so clearly, the organizers and the powers-that-be are pulling out all the stops to make it a memorable celebration.
