We’ve recently seen Neutral Milk Hotel frontman Jeff Mangum on tour playing his beloved band's music solo, but now, the full group — featuring Mangum, Jeremy Barnes, Scott Spillane and Julian Koster — has announced plans to hit the road for the first time in 15 years. After canceling several dates and then the whole of his North American tour this winter -- the result of some major health issues that included Barrett's esophagus and double pneumonia -- Morrissey has scheduled June concerts in seven cities in Mexico. He'll apparently close things out with a gig at the National Auditorium in Mexico City and then hit other countries in Latin America.
