Duxbury, Mass., rockers Dead Boots have a new video for their catchy tune ‘Saturdays,' and Diffuser.fm is wicked stoked to have the exclusive premiere. Watch the feelgood clip above and follow the fellas as they enjoy a carefree weekend afternoon of eating ice cream, window shopping, practicing golf and goofing off in a pizza joint.

Brothers Adrian and Tony Perry — sons of Aerosmith's Joe Perry — formed Dead Boots “almost as a lark,” according to a recent press release. They later acquired two more players -- drummer Ben Tileston and childhood friend Lou Jannetty -- to round out the quartet.

“We started almost like a punk band,” said Adrian. “We focused on writing short, hard rock songs. It was like sticking it to the weird twee indie rock we’ve been inundated with.”

‘Saturdays’ is from Dead Boots' forthcoming album ‘Verónica,' the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Zoo Noises.’ “This is our most mature record,” explained Adrian. “It's the culmination of everything we've been through and the best distillation of all of our influences to date. It's a more focused record than ‘Zoo Noises’ yet is also more adventurous.”

“Rather than segregating influences, we put them all together," he added. "If people listen to the whole album, they’ll get a sense that we can do a lot.”

You may have seen Dead Boots on tour with the likes of Cage the Elephant, Stone Temple Pilots, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Slash. They’ve also appeared at a number of festivals, including Lollapalooza, Hyde Park Calling, Download Festival, Mountain Jam, CMJ and SXSW.

‘Verónica' is due out on July 16 — visit Dead Boots’ Facebook page and Twitter for more info.
