On Aug. 7, Tasmanian-based electro-pop-rockers Enola Fall will celebrate the release of their latest album, Heliotropic. Ahead of it hitting the streets, Diffuser is thrilled to partner with the outfit to debut their brand new track, “Stab On” -- take it for a spin in the audio player below.

“Stab On” instantly pulls in the listener with its powerful arrangements and infectious vocals and lyrics from frontman Joe Nuttall. “This song is a statement about simply not giving a f--- if you’re cool or not,” he tells us. “There’s a culture in both Melbourne and Hobart of not-trying-too-hard. It’s a strange combination of hipster kids and that particular Australian apathy, where there’s the mindset of, ‘Don’t spend too much effort or time on art, just grow a mustache,’ which is the worst advice to give a musician ever.”

Heliotropic follows Nuttall and company on a journey to find small glimpses of happiness in the middle of a dark world. As Nuttall notes, “We’re all just trying to chase those little bits of sunshine.”

Enola Fall are planning to hit the road stateside for a run of dates this fall; dates will be announced shortly. In the meantime, stay current with everything happening in their world at this location.
