Just when we thought the ice bucket challenge videos couldn't get any better -- after all, 'Weird Al' Yankovic did it in epic fashion -- the Foo Fighters have stepped up and stolen the spotlight. In an effort to raise money and awareness to battle Lou Gehrig's disease, Dave Grohl and company created an ice bucket challenge experience worthy of Hollywood. Check it out in the video above.

After addressing the camera -- and noting his acceptance of country rocker Zac Brown's challenge -- Grohl turns the tables and calls out Jack Black, John Travolta and Stephen King to join him (and thousands of others across America) to dump ice water on their heads in support of the ALS Association. As he wraps up his challenges, the iconic rocker places a tiara on his head ... and the video takes a turn for the amazingly weird.

Without giving away too much, Grohl and Foo drummer-turned-prom-date Taylor Hawkins reenact a classic scene from the 1976 horror film 'Carrie.' Words can't describe just how good the video really is; it's something that needs to be watched over and over again.

We can only hope that Jack Black does everything he can to one-up his friend and fellow rocker. Get more information on the ALS Association and ice bucket challenge here.
