Rumors were swirling around earlier this week about Pearl Jam's involvement with Jay-Z's recently announced 2012 Made in America festival after a portion of the bill was accidentally leaked. Fans can be rest assured that the band will indeed make the trip out to Philly for the event, as the lineup has been officially announced. Pearl Jam also  confirmed their headlining spot on the 2012 Made in America lineup on their official website.

The festival takes place September 1-2 at Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, Penn. Jay-Z will also headline the event he's curating, while dubstep king Skrillex, Dirty Projectors, Passion Pit, Santigold will also be performing. Miike Snow, Afrojack, Calvin Harris, Odd Future, D'Angelo, Maybach Music, X, Janelle Monae, Prince Royce, Rita Ora, Savoy and the Knocks round out the bill so far. More acts are expected to be announced.

One notable performer that could turn up at Made in America is Mrs. Jay-Z, better known as Beyonce. Hova told Rolling Stone that he would like his wife to be included on the bill.

Weekend Made in America passes go on sale on Wednesday, May 23, at 10AM. via Ticketmaster. Tickets prices range from $99 to VIP packages that go as high as $655. Presale for tickets will be available exclusively through Facebook on Tuesday, May 22.
