Only hours after pretty much coming out of nowhere with the official news of his long-awaited third album, British songwriter James Blake unveiled The Colour in Anything.

Before today, Blake had previously only let few details slip about the album widely referred to as "Radio Silence." For the follow-up to his Mercury Prize-winning 2013 album, Overgrown, Blake worked with Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon (“I Need a Forest Fire,” "Meet You in the Maze," "Two Men Down") and Frank Ocean ("My Willing Heart," "Always"), and he enlisted Rick Rubin for production help.

The artwork for the album is by Sir Quentin Blake, an illustrator for Roald Dahl (James and the Giant Peach, Matilda)
