After cancelling his performance on Thursday (July 21), Marilyn Manson resumed his spot on Slipknot's tour this weekend at the Lakeview Amphitheater in Syracuse, N.Y.. Their next stop is tomorrow night at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Va.

He didn't take the stage at the Centre Videotron in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada due to an unspecified illness. Manson's people announced that he wouldn't be appearing after Of Mice & Men, the third act on the bill, had already completed their set. Setlist says that the night before, at the Bell Centre in Montreal, there's was an intermission after Manson's fifth song, "Deep Six," that caused two numbers -- "The Dope Show" and "This Is the New S---" -- that were expected to be played, but were cut due to what they called a "lengthy delay."

The video above was taken two weeks ago, in Hershey, Pa. Manson launched into "The Dope Show" by slurring, “I don’t talk about [guitarist] Tyler Bates a lot, but I don’t know if you guys know that he was a drug trafficker in my mind because schizophrenia is, like, fun. It’s like an orgy, but by yourself and human trafficking is a bitch.” He then demanded his roadie bring out a jacket, and said, "Drugs" as the cue for the band to begin the song.

After the performance, which saw him pour a beer onto the microphone stand (the 3:40 mark), he pointed to some cords at the front of the stage that had drawn his attention and said, “I don’t want to fall on my dick with that cord. So can you fix it, please? And don’t give me that uppity look, because you’re not black.” He then threw his mic towards the center of the stage.

Manson's tour with Slipknot and Of Mice & Men runs through Aug. 27 at the Austin 360 Amphitheater in Austin, Tx. You can see all the dates at Slipknot's website.
